This site is a destination for travelers and people who are either thinking about traveling, would like to travel, have already traveled, or like to read about traveling. We are each of the above and have more to share and more places to visit.

Some people are able to travel full time and others once in a lifetime. We work hard throughout the year and reward ourselves with a different perspective, God-willing, even for a simple weekend getaway. From our base in California we traveled to Philadelphia, New York & Boston in 2015 and will have upcoming posts about that trip.
Our family visited France and Spain in 2016 and will have stories from that trip that we will share (and that we will hold dear in our hearts for the rest of our lives). That was after a long weekend in Washington D.C. earlier that Spring.
Part of the fun of traveling is planning the next trip, and as of this writing in early 2017, we're looking at visiting family in an East Coast trip to include Florida, driving through the South up through Washington D.C., of which we hope to share more as it approaches. We already did a long weekend snowboarding in the mountains one hundred miles out of Los Angeles this winter. I was sick most of the weekend but maybe the kids have something to share.
